Job Description:
Tres Marias Plant-Based Milk is seeking a proactive Business Development Support professional to join their growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving growth and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with distributors and key FMCG stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Accounting:
- Manage receivables and payables
- Perform financial controls, including bank and cash reconciliations
- Handle payroll and coordinate VAT preparation and payment
- Support audits and process improvements
- Administrative and HR Support:
- Onboard new B2B clients
- Coordinate client orders with production/logistics
- Address customer queries
- Act as intermediary for financial requests between employees and CEO
