Employee Lifecycle Management: Driving recruitment, seamless onboarding, and comprehensive orientation for new hotel staff.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensuring all personnel files are accurate and strictly adhere to UAE labor laws.
Employee Relations: Acting as the bridge between management and staff to handle grievances, performance tracking, and team-building initiatives.
Government Documentation: Overseeing the processing of employee residence visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs.
Payroll & Benefits: Collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll administration and timely distribution of employee benefits.
